style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2 tablespoons of olive oil;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 cup of chopped onions;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00bd tablespoon of salt;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 pinch of black pepper;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 4 tablespoons of grated mozzarella cheese.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Ingredients for the white sauce:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 tablespoon of wheat flour;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 tablespoon of butter;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 chopped onion;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 crushed garlic clove;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2 cups of milk;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 can of cream (without whey);<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00bd teaspoon of salt;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> White pepper.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Sauce Preparation Method:<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 - Over medium heat, saut\u00e9 the onion and garlic in butter;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 - When the onion is translucent, add the wheat flour and mix well for approximately 1 minute;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 - Remove from heat and continue stirring until all lumps of flour disappear;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 - Return the pan to medium heat and gradually add the milk, stirring constantly, until you obtain the desired consistency.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tip: the consistency should be creamier than a porridge. Season with salt and pepper. Only after everything is ready, add the cheese. Set aside.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Preparation Method:<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 - Cook the dried beef in a pressure cooker for about 20 minutes, let it cool slightly, and shred it with a fork.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 - Cook the pasta in boiling water for approximately 8 minutes over medium heat.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 -  In another pan, heat the oil and olive oil.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 - Add the onion and white sauce.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 - Bring to a boil and add the shredded dried beef, salt, and pepper.
