Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>

  • 500g of desalted, cooked, and shredded dried beef;<\/span><\/li>
  • 1 small grated onion;<\/span><\/li>
  • 2 grated carrots;<\/span><\/li>
  • 4 chopped celery stalks;<\/span><\/li>
  • 2 green apples;<\/span><\/li>
  • 1 cup (tea) of light mayonnaise;<\/span><\/li>
  • 200ml of light cream;<\/span><\/li>
  • 2 cups (tea) of seedless raisins;<\/span><\/li>
  • 1 pinch of salt.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Mix the dried beef, onion, carrot, celery, seedless raisins, and green apple together and set aside.<\/span><\/li>
    • Separately mix the light mayonnaise, light cream, and salt until a smooth cream forms.<\/span><\/li>
    • Mix the reserved ingredients with the cream.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
