Refrigerate and change the water 3 to 4 times.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Time:<\/strong> 1h<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Yield:<\/strong> 8 servings<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 medium whole pumpkin<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tablespoon coarse salt<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/3 cup oil<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Filling<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1kg desalted, cooked and shredded dried beef<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 tablespoons oil<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 chopped onions<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 crushed garlic cloves<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 cup chopped green olives<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 cup chopped parsley<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 cups tomato sauce<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 cups cream cheese or Catupiry cheese.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50g grated Parmesan cheese<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using a knife, cut a lid in the top of the pumpkin. Remove all the seeds with a spoon.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rub coarse salt and oil inside and outside the pumpkin, wrap it in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated medium oven for approximately 20 minutes. When you remove it, check if the pumpkin is soft.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong> The opening (the part without the lid) should be facing down.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the filling, in a pan over medium heat, heat the oil and saut\u00e9 the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the dried beef, olives, parsley, sauce, salt and saut\u00e9 for 10 minutes. Set aside.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remove the pumpkin from the oven and spread the cream cheese or Catupiry cheese all over the inside. Place the shredded dried beef mixture in a pan, cover with Parmesan cheese, and bake in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remove from the oven and serve.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Carne Seca na Moranga Dessalgue a Carne Seca.
