Dried Beef Pastry

Desalt the dried beef.

The day before, cut the dried beef into medium-sized pieces and place it in a container with ice water until it covers all the meat. Refrigerate and change the water 3 to 4 times.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of dried beef (front cut)
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 200g of creamy cheese spread
  • Chives to taste

Preparation Method

In a bowl, mix the already desalted and shredded dried beef with the chopped tomatoes, add the onion, chives, and cheese spread. Mix well until homogeneous.

Fill the pastry dough and fry.
