ANICS was born from the union of sector entrepreneurs with the aim of defending the industry's interests in the political, economic, and cultural spheres. ANICS's main objective is to organize and structure the sector in order to stimulate consumption of the product across the various regions of Brazil and in countries where dried beef is consumed.
