Dried Beef Salad
Ingredients
500g of desalted, cooked, and shredded dried beef;
1 small grated onion;
2 grated carrots;
4 chopped celery stalks;
2 green apples;
1 cup (tea) of light mayonnaise;
200ml of light cream;
2 cups (tea) of seedless raisins;
1 pinch of salt.
Preparation:
Mix the dried beef, onion, carrot, celery, seedless raisins, and green apple together and set aside.
Separately mix the light mayonnaise, light cream, and salt until a smooth cream forms.
Mix the reserved ingredients with the cream.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving, decorated with raisins.
