Dried Beef Salad

Ingredients

  • 500g of desalted, cooked, and shredded dried beef;
  • 1 small grated onion;
  • 2 grated carrots;
  • 4 chopped celery stalks;
  • 2 green apples;
  • 1 cup (tea) of light mayonnaise;
  • 200ml of light cream;
  • 2 cups (tea) of seedless raisins;
  • 1 pinch of salt.

 

Preparation:

  • Mix the dried beef, onion, carrot, celery, seedless raisins, and green apple together and set aside.
  • Separately mix the light mayonnaise, light cream, and salt until a smooth cream forms.
  • Mix the reserved ingredients with the cream. 
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving, decorated with raisins.
